Brazilian energy tender allocated close to 1400 MW of wind

Enel and Iberdrola are among the winners of the first major Brazilian energy tender in several years.

Wednesday's tender for new energy projects in Brazil allocated a total 1387 MW to wind energy, corresponding to a little over a third of the total project volumes, which also included natural gas, biomass and hydropower plants, report Bloomberg News and Recharge.
