Vattenfall earns SEK 1 billion extra

A strong increase in the production of hydropower in Sweden has boosted Vattenfall's result significantly. The company has booked a net result of SEK 4.2 billion (EUR 400 million).

Offshore turbines performed better in Sweden over the first quarter of 2018 than in 2017. Nordic electricity prices have also improved slightly, and these two factors helped to pull up Vattenfall's result in the first quarter.
