Vestas gets repowering order for 216 MW

US-based conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway, led by billionaire Warren Buffet, has been window-shopping at Vestas. The Danish turbine manufacturer has received a repowering order for 216 MW from a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary.

Vestas Wind System received a repowering order for 216 MW on Friday. The client is PacifiCorp, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, writes Vesta's US subsidiary Vestas-American Wind Technology.
