Germany federal networks agency BNetzA has opened a new round of auctions for solar and wind energy, where developers can place bids for a total capacity of 852.5 MW. The industry had otherwise hoped for a higher MW volume in order to avoid stagnation in domestic installations, reports Recharge News.
