Ørsted awards contract for Borssele

As a part of Dutch business expansion into the UK, the Danish energy company is awarding a contract to a German subsupplier.

Ørsted has hired German turbine foundation producer EEW via its British subsidiary EEW OSB to build 35 transitional pieces (TPs) for the Dutch offshore wind farm Borssele 1+2. This is the first time EEW OSB will supply material outside the UK, reports the UK government.
