As of next January, MHI Vestas will be turning up its turbine blade production on the Isle of Wight. After having completed an expansion of its setup over the most recent few months, the offshore wind turbine manufacturer has completed installation of a new blade mold for the model V164. More than 380 new personnel will be required on the southern British island, thereby more than doubling the actual number of staff by around 300 persons.
