Australian developer takes over GW project

Ahead of a state election which could decide renewables investment in New South Wales, Tilt Renewables has acquired what could become Australia's largest wind farm.

Australian project developer Tilt Renewables has acquired onshore wind project Liverpool Range from former developer Epuron. The project, which has been approved for planning and environment, will consist of up to 267 turbines totaling 1 GW in capacity, Tilt Renewables announced.
