Vestas wins order for Enventus platform

The manufacturer has entered a deal to supply more than 100 MW comprised of its new platform's 5.6 MW wind turbines.

Germany's coming wind farm Reinhardswald will be unique in more ways than one. Firstly, it will have a combined effect of 112 MW, an unusually large rating for a wind installation in the country, where space limitations often afford far smaller projects. Secondly, the facility will consist of wind turbines from Vestas' new Enventus platform.
