Gigantic crane bought by Port of Esbjerg

The Port of Esbjerg is upgrading its capabilities to handle offshore wind equipment with the purchase of the world's largest crane model.

Next generation offshore wind turbine components are becoming heavier. Western Denmark's Port of Esbjerg is gearing up to deal with such development with the purchase of the world's largest mobile crane – an LHM 800 from Liebherr set to arrive in August, the port informs in a statement.
