The EDF-headed consortium with Enbridge and Innogy has won the tender for a 600 MW French offshore wind farm in Dunkerque. The winning bid is "less than EUR 50 per MWh" over a 20-year period, which is less than a third of the price for previous offshore wind projects in France, informs the French energy ministry in a statement.
