Consortium to develop 500 MW floating wind in South Korea

Norway's Aker Solutions takes another step toward developing large-scale floating offshore wind. Joining forces with Windpower Korea and Portuguese EDP Renewables, Aker has formed a consortium with the initial ambition to establish a floating wind farm of 500 MW in South Korea, Aker Solutions informs.
