France plans to send more offshore wind to tender

The French government wants to add a further 2 GW to its public tenders during this decade.

Ahead of 2028, France plans to send more than 8 GW of offshore wind capacity to tender, up from the country's hitherto target of 6 GW, shows the government's latest plan, dubbed Programmation pluriannuelle de l’énergie.
