Ørsted joins big investment in US port
The Danish utility is now investing several hundred million US dollars in establishing a base of offshore wind operations at a New England port.
Along with its partner Eversource, Danish utility Ørsted has reached an accord with the State of Connecticut and port company Gateway Terminal to transform the Port of New London into a center of operations for regional offshore wind development.
