Major wind farm jump starts power-hungry southern Sweden with potential 700 MW

A collaboration between Stena Renewable, Eon and TSO Svenska Kraftnät paves the way for a total of 700 MW in additional wind capacity in southern Sweden. First, 210 MW project Tvinnesheda will be established. The announcement is in line with an anonymous order made public by Vestas last week.

Swedish developer Stena Renewable has decided to establish a wind farm, Tvinnesheda, in the municipality of Uppvidinge.
