The Spanish utility joins the competition for the budding Japanese offshore wind market.

Spanish utility Iberdrola now enters Japan's offshore wind market, which is currently attracting a great number of the world's major players, by acquiring a stake in a portfolio of offshore wind farms being developed by Australia's Macquarie Group.
