In a transaction worth EUR 709 million, wind turbine manufacturer Vestas acquires ownership of MHI Vestas' offshore wind business.
According to Vestas Chief Executive Henrik Andersen, this move is made to ensure that Vestas can attain a role in offshore wind as dominant as the one it has within onshore.
