Vestas accelerated Enventus sales over holidays

On the last day of the year, the turbine maker went on otherwise neglected markets and boosted sales of its biggest turbines with the as yet largest order for the Enventus platform, though the model still doesn't register profoundly in the order book.

The Covid-19 pandemic may have put a damper on New Year's Eve celebrations. Nonetheless, wind turbine maker Vestas finished 2020 with some decent fireworks on Dec. 31, announcing a total of eight orders with a combined capacity of 846 MW.
