Ørsted drops major offshore wind market – again

The list of prequalified bidders was filled with repeat contenders last month, when the French government initiated the country's latest offshore wind tender. Besides the winning team from the last tender, EDF and Enbridge, the field also included Iberdrola, Vattenfall, WPD, Shell, Engie, EDPR and Total.
