Nel joins Swedish hydrogen project

The Norwegian company has entered a partnership backing a fossil-free hydrogen plant in Sweden's Hofors municipality alongside Ovako, Volvo, Hitachi ABB and H2 Green Steel.

Nel ASA has become involved in yet another partnership with green hydrogen playing a big role. This time, the target is Swedish company H2 Green Steel, which beyond its steelmaking also wants 800 MW of renewable H2 production capacity.
