Vattenfall to sell power from Vestas turbines in Germany

Parkwind has handed Vattenfall the responsibility of selling the electricity generated by 250MW wind farm Arcadis Ost 1.

In accordance with the German concept of direct marketing – pertaining to power purchase agreements, which in Germany must be sold directly on the market – Parkwind has selected Swedish utility Vattenfall as seller of the power generated by German offshore wind farm Arcadis Ost 1, Vattenfall writes in a statement.
