Equinor postpones applying for offshore wind extension

The Norwegian oil outfit has opted to spend a little longer on its environmental scoping in the hope of accommodating new requirements, thereby putting off the application until mid-2022.

Equinor is postponing plans to apply for an extension of offshore wind farms Sheringham Shoal and Dudgeon off the coast of Norfolk, Eastern England, reports Norwegian media Finansavisen.
