OX2 seeks Natura 2000 permit for 1.8GW in Swedish waters

The company has applied for a Natura 2000 permit to develop an offshore wind farm off Sweden's southern coast.

Swedish renewables developer OX2 has once again initiated an application process for an offshore wind project, this time involving a proposed installation within a domestic Natura 2000 conservation area, OX2 writes in a statement.
