Profitable Scatec sees market opportunity in fresh water, ammonia

The Norwegian solar developer has transformed last year's deficit into a radiant result, now eyeing budding markets for green ammonia and fresh water in countries like Egypt where Scatec holds a strong a position.

After presenting pre-tax profit of NOK -581m (EUR -58.40) in last year's annual financial statement, Scatec now shows vastly improved bottom line result before taxes of NOK 238m.
