Vestas wins 51MW order from India

The Danish manufacturer has scored an order to supply 23 model V120-2.2MW units to a project in the Asian country.

Vestas has received a contract to supply wind turbines with combined capacity of 51MW to a project in India.

The OEM is hired by O2 Power Private Limited to deliver, install and commission 23 model V120-2.2MW units at a facility located in Karnataka, India.

Delivery is set to take place in the third quarter of 2022, with commissioning scheduled for the subsequent quarter.
