No plans to sell Siemens Gamesa at present, says owner

Siemens Energy’s chief exec repeats dissatisfaction with the turbine manufacturer’s dire straits, but maintains that a sale isn’t an option being pursued as yet.

Monday, Siemens Gamesa’s country manager for Brazil, Felipe Ferres, announced some good news – or at least moderately good news. In an interview with Reuters, he explained that the turbine maker had begun installing the 6.2MW turbines at the first Brazilian wind farm, Tucano.
