Vestas has won an order for 21MW with German developer WDP in Taiwan, the company announced in a press release Friday afternoon.

The order comprises five model V11.7-4.2MW with 91.5m towers for two wind projects and a long-term Active Output Management 4000 service agreement to ensure optimized performance and long-term certainty for the customer.

With this order, Vestas’ total onshore installed volume in Taiwan now will surpass 350 MW, of which 130MW is for WPD, further underlying the strong global cooperation with the developer, notes Vestas.

Deliveries are slated for Q3 of 2023.
