Nordex bags Estonian order for 260MW

The German manufacturer will deliver, install and service 38 wind turbines.

Swedish Enefit Green has placed an order with German Nordex for a series of turbines for wind farm Sopi-Tootsi in Estonia.

The manufacturer will handle delivery, installation and maintenance of the 38 units of 6.8MW each, which will comprise the 258MW wind farm. The service agreement has a duration of 30 years.

Enefit reports in a press release that the costs for the delivery and service contracts runs into EUR 346m.

The new deal comes shortly after Enefit taking final investment decision on the onshore wind farm, reported in late 2022.
