Siemens Gamesa wins double royalties from GE as judge blasts corporate self-interest
The US-based OEM gets a court order to pay its European rival USD 60,000 per MW for patent violations on turbines selected for one of Ørsted’s US projects, rules judge, who also chastises the two corporate egos by saying the pair ought to fight climate change rather than each other.
