Germany sets half-year record for renewable energy installations
While new German solar parks are booming, the installation of wind turbines is slowing down, according to a new report.
In the first half of 2023, renewable energy sources with a capacity of 8GW were deployed in Germany.
That is the largest amount of renewable energy ever installed by the country, according to data from its federal grid agency as cited by Recharge News.
