Vestas receives US order for a total of 288 MW

Delivery is expected to begin in the second quarter of next year.

Vestas has received an order for 288 MW for two undisclosed wind farms in the US.

One project consists of 30 V150-4.5 MW wind turbines and the other of 34 V150-4.5 MW wind turbines, Vestas wrote in a statement Tuesday afternoon.

The order includes supply, delivery and commissioning of the turbines as well as a multi-year AOM 5000 service agreement.

Turbine delivery is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2024 with commissioning scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.
