Offshore Norway on the Utsira Nord postponement: "A very serious setback for Norwegian offshore wind efforts"

”Based on the dialogue with ESA, we have decided to notify a common state aid model for Utsira North before the project areas are awarded. There will be a joint notification for Utsira North and the areas relevant for floating offshore wind in the 2025 round.”
