Supply chain pressure alone cannot explain why a growing number of countries are at risk of missing their climate targets, says Vattenfall’s CEO, who calls for a focus on keeping up the pace.

European countries’ targets for offshore wind construction in the current decade are enormous. Even to the extent that several countries seem to realize that ambitions may have been higher than what a strained supply chain can achieve in the relatively few remaining years.
