European Energy to install Vestas' largest turbines in Germany

It is usually the German state that puts renewable energy projects out to tender. However, this is not the only option for building wind turbines in Germany, as demonstrated by a contract European Energy has secured with the municipal government of Nalbach, located in the German state of Saarland. The Danish developer has won a tender to build a wind farm on part of the municipality’s land.
