Dutch tender winner unsure it will actually build offshore wind park

Between now and next month, SSE and its consortium partners will see if the 2GW project they were awarded by the Dutch government on Tuesday can be refined enough to proceed with development.

Usually, tender winners announce their victories with great fanfare. However, the British energy company SSE, is keeping pretty quiet about the victory it was awarded in a consortium with the two pension funds ABP and APG on Tuesday.
