Disappointed Vattenfall "hair's breadth" from winning Dutch tender
The booming Swedish wind developer is disappointed to lose an offshore wind tender in the Netherlands, but not surprised that the winner was oil giant Shell. "The sheep are being sorted from the goats," says the wind CEO.
