Nexans secures million-pound contract on UK Siemens farm
Impending offshore wind farm East Anglia One is promising to be quite the international melting pot. Developer Scottish Power Renewables (SPR), which is a subsidiary to Spain's Iberdrola, has hired France's Nexans to deliver and insert two 85 km underwater cables along the coast of the 714 MW farm, in a contract worth GBP 180 million.
