A Russian-Chinese partnership could pave the road for Russia's first offshore wind farm.

Russia could soon see its first offshore wind farm, writes industry media Windpower Offshore.

The project for an offshore wind farm in the White Sea will be developed under a collaboration between the Republic of Karelia, a federal subject of Russia, and the Chinese energy company Sinomec.
