Siemens-Gamesa nominates offshore wind CEO

The newly-minted Siemens Gamesa has named its permanent CEO and appointed the remainder of management.

Just one month after Siemens announced that Michael Hannibal, CEO of Siemens Wind Power Marine division, was set aside in favor of his former boss, Markus Tacke, the Danish executive has been called back. But this time, he will be adding some new details to his business card, serving as CEO of offshore wind in the merged company Siemens Gamesa.
