US data analytics provider buys Danish consultant firm
Trend-setting Danish consultancy firm becomes part of WoodMackenzie after US acquisition.
Danish consultant firm Make has been acquired by analyst company Verisk Analytics. The US buyer will thus turn Make into part of the British consultant company WoodMackenzie, which Verisk also bought in 2015. As such, the purchase is a continuation of the acquisition strategy which also folded Greentech Media into Mackenzie last summer.
