Siemens crowns merger with orders

German wind turbine manufacturer Siemens has announced four orders on its home market.

Siemens has come to the merger with Gamesa with a substantial dowry. The German wind turbine manufacturer has announced four new German offers totalling 50.6 MW which were secured by Siemens before the merger was locked into place April 3 of this year.

The four orders include light-marking, service orders, repowering orders, and a four-piece project which is part of the latest SWT 3.6 - 130 portfolio.
