Norwegian utility chases business customers in several countries

Agder Energi, the Norwegian utility with the highest sales to business customers, is merging acquired companies in Germany and Sweden into a new business model aiming to expand in a number of European countries.

Norwegian utility Agder Energi is aiming to become a major electricity seller to commercial customers in a series of European countries  following several acquisitions in Germany and Sweden, reports Norwegian business daily Dagens Næringsliv.
