Vattenfall closes acquisition deal for Dutch energy trader

Authorities in the Netherlands have approved Vattenfall's purchase of the Dutch energy trader DELTA Energie, which sells electricity from wind farms and biomass facilities as well as purveying gas to private customers and small businesses, especially in the countries southernmost region, Zeeland, informs Vattenfall in a press release.
