The smoke from a tumultuous time was still in the air when Thomas Thune Andersen took office almost ten years ago. Massive losses and cases of exorbitant salaries had led to the previous management’s exit, while Goldman Sachs’ shareholding in the state-controlled company had just cost the government at the time its office.
