Danish investment firm acquires Swedish wind division

Aarhus-based investment firm Schouw & Co is expanding its wind portfolio through an acquisition on the other side of the Oresund.

Schouw & Co’s subsidiary portfolio company HydraSpecma has entered into a SEK 850m (EUR 78m) acquisition agreement with Ymer Technology over its wind division, a press release reveals.
