Ørsted has been beaten in yet another tender for projects off the coast of the Netherlands. This time, a joint venture of Shell and Eneco snatched the prize.

Shell and Eneco won a recent Dutch tender, meaning they can look forward to establishing 760MW of offshore wind through a joint venture dubbed Ecowende.
