The manufacturer needs more people to produce offshore wind turbines.

Vestas wants to meet a growing demand for offshore wind turbines - and this means more employees at Vestas’ factory in Nakskov on the Danish island of Lolland, which currently employs around 460 people, TV 2 writes based on an article from Folketidende.
