Prysmian to construct new factory in US

The Italian cable maker plans to invest USD 200m in a new factory which will manufacture submarine cables.

Prysmian is gearing up to assist the incipient offshore wind industry in the US, having inked a deal on a plot of land for a factory in the state of Massachusetts.
