ExxonMobil to combine divisions and change headquarters

US oil giant ExxonMobil is working towards merging its chemical and refinery divisions in an effort to reduce costs, writes Bloomberg News.

At the same time, the plan is also to move the company headquarters from Irving to Houston in the state of Texas.

The share is up 1.2 percent to 76.16 during the afternoon trade.
