Consul sends big order to Vestas

Vestas has secured and extended a long-term contract for a project near the annexed Crimean peninsula – the manufacturer's largest Ukrainian order to date.

For the first time ever, Vestas will supply its V150-4.2 MW wind turbine model to a project in Ukraine. The manufacturer has received an order for delivery, installation and commissioning of 39 wind turbines for project Myrnenska, located in the Kherson province near the annexed Crimean peninsula border. The order includes a 20-year service contract, Vestas informs in a statement.
