Vestas buys into 4 GW project
An Australian hybrid project takes a "giant step forward", providing the wind turbine manufacturer with its hitherto most extensive role as project developer.
Australian wind Walcha Energy Project is now one step closer to realization. The hybrid project in New South Wales, which will consist of wind, solar and several types of energy storage, has brought Vestas on board as a project developer.
